How do I find out about events at Champs Hill?

Please visit our Concerts and Events page where you will find details of those events taking place. There is a PDF document which you can download and print.

How do I obtain tickets for events at Champs Hill?

Please visit our Concerts and Events page and click the “Book Tickets” button. You will be re-directed to an Eventbrite page – click on the green button marked Tickets and follow the screen flow.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

We regret that tickets are available by on-line application only.

Wait-list?

We do not operate a wait-list.

What happens if I have tickets for an event and then discover I cannot attend?

As we are unable to give refunds of donations made for tickets to our events, please hand any tickets you are unable to use to friends or family who can attend in your place. Please ask them to remember to bring the ticket(s) with them as these will be required for entry to the event.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If we have to cancel an event, for example due to bad weather, you will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the scheduled event. You will receive a refund of any donation you have made for the cancelled event within 7 days.

What facilities are available for disabled access?

Wheelchair users are welcome to our concerts and events in the music room – all we ask is that you advise us before attending. If you have any other access requirements, please let us know via the Contact Us page.

If you are coming to us to use any of our other facilities please let us know your requirements when making your booking.

What is your current Covid-19 policy?

We continue to ensure that procedures are in line with current government guidelines, so please do check here before your visit for the latest information.

What time will the concert end?

Evening concerts usually finish by 9.30pm and Coffee Concerts by 12.30pm.

How can I make an additional donation?

Please send your cheque, made to The Bowerman Charitable Trust, to The Trust Administrator at Champs Hill, Waltham Park Road, Coldwaltham, Pulborough, RH20 1LY. Please state if you would like a receipt. All miscellaneous donations are applied to our General Fund, which is unrestricted, and are treated as anonymous.
